Once the home owner approves the content (for their exclusive website, brochure, feature sheet, and newspaper ad) HouseSaleOn.com and/or PEP Communications are in no way responsibile for the accuracy or quality of content.
• Once your exclusive website is active, HouseSaleOn.com and/or PEP Communications will not provide refunds.
• By signing up with HouseSaleOn.com, you agree to display the SOLD sticker on your For Sale Sign for 14 days after the sale of your house.
• HouseSaleOn.com and/or PEP Communications are in no way responsible for homes that fail to sell. We provide services that help make your private sale successful. Houses that do not sell are the sole responsibility of the home owner.
